OneLearn is a comprehensive school management platform for educational institutions. We provide student record management, attendance tracking, grade management, financial management, parent communication, and other features necessary for school operations.
Role of Schools
The Service is offered to schools and educational organizations as the primary customer. Schools are responsible for determining what student and parent data is collected and how it is used within the Service.
OneLearn processes student and parent personal information on behalf of schools, in accordance with our agreements with those schools and at their direction. Schools remain responsible for obtaining any required consents from students, parents, or guardians.
User Accounts
To use the Service, you must create an account. By creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information
- Maintain the security of your account
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
- Immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or breach of security
Use of Service
You may not use the Service for:
- Any illegal or fraudulent purpose
- Violating any rights or privacy of others
- Transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Attempting to breach the security or functionality of the Service

Payment Terms
For paid features of the Service, the following applies:

- Payments are due in advance. Except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in your order form or service agreement, fees are non-refundable
- Changes to fees will be communicated in advance
- Failure to pay may result in restricted access to the Service

The Service, its content, features, design, logos, trademarks, and other materials are the property of OneLearn or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of these materials without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability
